This week, I’ll be at TechBBQ in Copenhagen (26 & 27 August). I’ll also be at the Claude Conversation pre-event work session (August 25th).

My name is Tom. I’m a product janitor for hire. A hands-on product leader for scaling, underperforming, or difficult product problems.

I have over 20 years’ experience working across ecommerce, saas, growth, health-tech & innovation. And I work best at the deep-end on difficult or ambiguous problems.

I’m available for fractional & interim product management work, and open to the right permanent role.
