Hi, I'm Tom Stenson. I'm a hands-on product leader for scaling, underperforming or difficult product problems.

I have extensive experience across SaaS, growth & health-tech. Right now, I'm building with AI.

This website is a reboot of my 2005 portfolio. I wrote it with Claude, and it runs on a custom CMS powered by Google Docs.

My story

Late 80s: first computer. Typing out BASIC from a magazine, syntax errors.

Late 90s: dot.com boom. Kids in bedrooms disrupting industries. I had to get involved - started making websites.

2003: Dot.com bust. No jobs. Got a foot in the door answering phones & made a better website in my free time. Pitched it, sales went up, joined the web team.

2004 - 2014: Learning by doing. Following impact across web, marketing, growth and product.

2016: Health-tech. The last industry to be disrupted - regulations, barriers, the lot. That's why I went.

2026. AI changes everything. Same feeling as the 90s.
