Tom has worked with me for several years working in Digital Health, working with innovation and digital product development excellence. Tom has an unparalleled innovation and product mindset. That means that you can throw him into almost any problem, and he will identify ways of solving the challenge, that no-one had thought of before. Besides that he is a really nice person, that is a strong contribution to your team's culture.

Tom is a pleasure to collaborate with. Tom is a professional powerhouse of digital strategy, transformation and innovation. I have been lucky enough to work directly with Tom and see him in action while challenging senior leaders and peers to rethink how they understand challenges and see opportunities that might not be immediately apparent. Tom is a great source of sparring, mentoring and product knowledge. I’ve always walked away from an interaction, inspired and encouraged. No matter the challenge, Tom has a talent for turning it into an opportunity for transformation, improvement or new value propositions. Whoever ends up working with Tom, will be lucky. I hope I get the chance to do so again some time in the future.

I worked with Tom on a patient facing app as Tech Lead with Tom as Prodct Manager. I admired Toms ability to get the entire development team engaged in complex algorithms and turning them into simple solutions for the benefit of the end user. Tom was always very approachable and very knowledgeable on the subject at hand, but able to convey it to a layman like me. Simply put: One of the best product managers I have worked with.

Tom is an absolute pleasure to work with. I made him Head of Product Ops, and he nailed it. He is a structured mind with deep systems thinking and an unselfish way of focusing on what's best for the business, rather than even himself. It's inspirational. He's a great product thinker, design thinker, and doer. I hope I get to work with Tom again one day!

I worked with Tom on the development and testing of the joint Amgen-LEOiLab venture, Skincoach. Tom's flexibility and ability to adapt to different working styles played a big part in driving the project forward within very tight deadlines. I particularly valued Tom's pragmatic approach to problem solving within a complex pharma environment and talent to convert patient insights into tangible tech solutions.

Tom is probably the best product lead we’ve ever had at iLAB, and brings a wealth of tech experience to bear on the problem at hand. With a unique talent for troubleshooting and the ability to take on the most complex of problems, Tom always steps up to the challenge with a positive and humble approach. Resourceful, pragmatic, and focused, he can be counted on to drive change and get results.

TLDR; Tom would be without doubt a valuable asset to any organisation that needs a solid, senior product manager. I’ve had the pleasure of working in the same department as Tom for a few years. The first time I met Tom, he was highlighted to me as a a sharp and knowledgable person who is able to connect complex aspects in short time and make the right decisions based on it – and I can confirm that. I value Tom for the sound input that I got from him over the years as well as for his approachable personality. He is a great team leader and team player, and someone who can manage products to meet and exceed expectations while keeping everyone aligned and happy. Without thinking twice, I would any day ask Tom for advice.

I had the pleasure of working with Tom on two projects in Leo Innovation Lab. Both times Tom established a goal and process setup that helped focus the team on delivering value. Tom is great at executing and pushing the team and product forward - at times being very specific in what he wants and at other times leaving room for team members themselves to figure out how to get to the goal. For both approaches he pushes for a process with visible deliveries. I very much enjoyed working with Tom at Leoilab and give him my best recommendation.

Tom worked with us to crystalize our marketing material to bring out the core product propositions which made a huge impact on the perception of our offering. He also introduced some much needed structure and process in our daily work with regards to marketing and was instrumental in getting us closer to the programming communities we're targeting.

Tom is a very talented marketeer, and it's been a pleasure working with him at Opbeat, where he led the marketing team. Tom is driven, hard-working, creative - and a great guy. I'd recommend Tom to anyone.

Tom entered our company as marketing director in February 2013. He impressed me by thoroughly analyzing our positioning in the market place and then recommending something very different of what was already in the pipeline and 90% done. His analysis and arguments were so convincing that I followed his advice. I am really happy I did because we now see very tangible results in ranking, traffic and conversion. He also completely overhauled our marketing approach and gave it a thorough structure and new momentum which still carries on after he has left. Tom is not shy to stand for his arguments and at the same time is very likeable. I really enjoyed working with him and we would take him back anytime.

His working knowledge about SEO, analytics, conversions, marketing and online advertising is vast, and he has the skill and personality to test and implement the right solutions. He's clearly a very intelligent person and I think he would be well in many roles, where his structured manner, analytical skills and natural authority come in play. He easily recognises how to improve website visibility; and applies clear, logical thinking to the user experience; a rare combination of disciplines. The outcome? Tom always impressed with his ability to see clearly what was needed to tackle a project and deliver top quality results. With his in-depth market acumen and excellent internet marketing knowledge he is pretty formidable. I always went away with a valuable nugget of knowledge from our meetings.

I was hired by Tom and reported to him when we worked at Webfusion. Tom was a very inspirational manager, who always had time for the team as well as managed a pile of projects given to him because of his ability to get things done. I was very impressed by Tom's hands on approach and his business knowledge, his ideas have proven valuable both from business and technical perspective. I believe Tom will be a great asset to every company he works for and I hope our paths will cross in the future.

Tom was my boss at Pipex for about 18 months. He did a good job as my manager, helping me prioritise conflicting tasks in a very busy company, and offering constructive feedback on my work. I'd definitely work with him again. Also, his super-sized cafetiere was much appreciated on bleary-eyed Monday mornings.

I couldn't recommend Tom highly enough, intelligent, astute, hard working and committed. I would love to work with him again.
