I've worked across multiple countries and managed remote and distributed teams throughout my career:

• **UK (2001-2010):** Host Europe, UK2 Group — London, Nottingham
• **Luxembourg (2013-2014):** EuroDNS — hybrid, mostly Copenhagen with Luxembourg every two weeks
• **Denmark (2010-2026):** LEO, Novo Nordisk, Opbeat, TwentyThree, independent consulting
• **Remote teams:** Managed teams across UK, US and Ukraine, and a Romanian SEO team as a consultant (2010-2013)

I'm a British and French citizen with Danish permanent residency (no work visa required for Denmark). I've lived in Copenhagen since 2010.
