This limits the true chatbot nature of an LLM, but helps to maintain quality. Also, the helmet helps combat the hallaucinations.\n\nI built the system together with Claude code, but the core content and tone-of-voice is all my own.",

"Evaluation: TomBot has an eval suite & guard-rails, and uses question-to-question matching because accuracy of recall was the key criteria; the Diagnosis App was measured at >80% accuracy across 3 skin conditions, on a closed-loop diagnosis and ML training platform that doubled labelling throughput; the compliance RAG kept a full audit trail, and a prototype agent plugged into Figma. No agent in production: the Figma agent stayed a prototype."

Once something is solved and running, I pass it to someone who's good at the routine work, and I go and find the next hard thing.\n\nThat pattern runs through my whole career: the domain search at Host Europe, the TREAT turnaround and closure, the Wegovycare discovery phase nobody wanted, the CagriSema funnel across two therapy areas that ran independently.\n\nSo if you have something stuck, broken, or blank-page, that's where I'm useful. If you need someone to run a mature product in steady state for years, it deserves someone who loves that, and it isn't me.",
